All system development and validation procedures are based upon, and subscribed to, the guidelines and procedures of the American Psychological Association and the Federal Uniform Guidelines of Employee Selection Procedures. All survey items included in the Opinion Survey instruments are developed, reviewed and validated to meet the equal employment opportunity concerns of the Federal Uniform Guidelines, as well as legislation such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, privacy and fair employment legislation and related requirements.
